for wedding venues and halls

Every wedding in your hall produces photos. Now for you too.

Almost every couple asks during the tour how they will get the photos their guests take. Give the answer with your name on it: a card in the table setting, and you earn up to 35% of every sale. Or you give the couple 15% off and earn nothing.

Why this works best at a venue

  • The card is already on the table

You lay the tables anyway. One card with the QR code next to the menu is no extra work for you, and for the couple it is the difference between twenty photos and four hundred.

  • Dozens of weddings a year

The commission rises from the tenth sale in a calendar year to 35%, backdated. A venue with volume is past that by spring.

  • Photos of your room, taken by guests

Ask the couple afterwards for a selection for your site. Photos of a real wedding in your room, taken by guests, convince the next couple more than the brochure photographer does.

what you earn

Up to 35% of every sale, excluding VAT

The commission is a percentage of what your customer pays, without VAT. The amount comes live from our prices, so what is here is what it is today. From your tenth sale in a calendar year the percentage rises, backdated over that whole year.

  • Premium

Customer pays €34.95, you get €7.22

From your tenth sale in a year that becomes €10.11 (35%), over the earlier sales of that year too.

  • Rather no commission? Give 15% off

Then you turn your link around: your customer pays €29.71 instead of the full price, and you earn nothing. You can switch later.

Signing up takes five minutes, after that you do nothing

  1. 01

    Send us a message

Through our contact form, with becoming a partner as the subject. Tell us briefly what you do; we ask for the payout details afterwards.

  2. 02

    Pass on your link

In your run of show, your offer or your confirmation mail. We supply the wording and a card you can send along.

  3. 03

    We handle the rest

Support, invoices and your client's questions come to us. All you see is what sold and what is waiting.

link kit

Put it on your own site: the badge and the line under it

Put the badge on your site next to the facilities, and the sentence in the confirmation mail or the information pack every couple gets. Nothing more is needed.

Works with EventSnap.nl

The badge, to paste into your site

<a href="https://eventsnap.nl/en/partners/venues"><img src="https://eventsnap.nl/partners/works-with-eventsnap.svg" alt="Works with EventSnap.nl" width="200" height="52"></a>

Or one sentence with a link, in your text

We work with <a href="https://eventsnap.nl/en/use-cases/weddings">EventSnap.nl</a> for your guests' photos.

Paste it as it is here, without nofollow or sponsored. It is not an advert but a reference to a service you use yourself, and that is how it gets counted.

What venues ask us

Do we have to install or manage anything?

No. The couple creates the album themselves and manages it themselves. You put the card down, or mention it on the tour, and the rest happens without you.

How do we know which weddings came through us?

Through your own link and code. The code also works when a couple types it in from paper, so it can go in the printed information pack. Your overview shows which sales are assigned to you and what is paid out.

What if a couple already uses another service?

Then they use that one. The card on the table is an offer, not a condition. Most couples have arranged nothing yet when they book the venue, and that is the moment you mention it.

Can we get the cards in our own house style?

The cards belong to the couple's album and carry their names, so they come from their account. What you can put in your own style is the mention in the information pack and the badge on your site; that is what the link kit on this page is for.

Next wedding in your calendar? Put your link beside it

One message through our contact form is enough. Within one working day you have your link, your card and your demo album.
