About paying
When does my period start running?
Only when you publish, not when you pay. So you can set your page up weeks ahead and have the cards printed; the clock starts the moment your guests can upload.
Can I choose a bigger plan later?
Before you pay you simply switch plans in the last step. Want more time afterwards, you extend it yourself from your dashboard. For more albums or more space, mail us and we charge the difference; your album stays open in the meantime.
What happens when the period ends?
The album closes for your guests. What is in it stays yours: you download the whole event as one zip, at full resolution. Want to carry on longer, you extend it yourself from your dashboard by 3, 6 or 12 months. That works even after the period has ended; your photos are all still there.
How does the photo guarantee work exactly?
If your event ends up with fewer than ten photos from guests, you get your money back. We count a week after the date of your party; if there are fewer, we mail you. You don't have to chase it.
