Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link in their browser. Uploading works on any phone, no account needed.
How long do the photos stay available?
Your guests' viewing links work while your event is active: 30, 90, 180 or 365 days from your first publish, depending on your plan. After that the event closes for guests. Your photos stay put — as the organizer you can download the whole event as a single zip at any time.
What happens when my event's period ends?
Your event switches to archive mode. Guests can no longer view or upload anything, and nothing can be added: uploading and re-publishing are no longer possible. What's there stays yours — you can download the full archive, tidy up photos, edit captions and set the order.
Which files can be uploaded?
Photos (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, HEIC, DNG) and videos (MP4, MOV, M4V, MPEG). The maximum file size depends on your plan.
Who can see the photos?
Only people with your invite link, and only while your event is published. Closed albums appear blurred to guests until you open them; as the organizer you always see everything.
Where are my photos stored?
On European servers. Files are never public: every link is signed and expires automatically.
Can I temporarily close my event?
Yes. Publishing is reversible: take your event offline and guests immediately lose access. Your active period keeps running from the first publish.
What does it cost my guests?
Nothing. You pay once for the event; there is no cost for guests, and no limit on the number of guests.
Can I delete or rearrange photos?
As the organizer you manage everything: delete, edit captions, set the order. Guests can only edit their own uploads.
Can I recover photos I deleted?
Yes. Deleted photos sit in the bin for 14 days and go back with one click. After that they are permanently erased. Clearing a whole album or all photos at once gets the same two weeks.
What happens if I delete my event?
The event disappears for your guests straight away and is then kept for another 14 days. During those two weeks you can restore it, and we prepare a download with everything that was in it so you can keep your photos. After that we permanently delete the event, the photos and the archive — that cannot be undone.
Does it work without good wifi at the venue?
Yes — guests simply upload over their own mobile network. If a large video won't go through at the party, they can upload it later at home, as long as the album is open.
